this is my set up im going to use for a pair or 2 of jewels, prolly going to add a few more rocks
its a 30 long with my DIY filter to get some bio going. still need a filter and heater and proper light

It's a very simple design. I actually like it like that don't add too much rock.

You could get a flat rock or slate and put it across the 2 you already have to make a cave

Did you know there's 3 different types of jewels??? Also you may want a cave as everybody else has said because cichlids love caves!
